And the reason I say that is because I don’t live to train…
I don’t starve myself and oil up for competitions like these bodybuilders on Instagram…
Now I have competed in Mr. Olympia before, so I know what that’s like…
I know what it’s like to train and eat like a fitness influencer with 6% body fat…
And I’d much rather have 13% body fat, a good six pack and good physique like I do now… while eating whatever I want, whenever I want…
…And actually enjoying my life…
… Because although I’ve reached a top level in bodybuilding, powerlifting and calisthenics (where I set a world record for most pull ups in 1 minute)...
My job is not fitness…
I don’t go to the gym every day because I am just too busy…
And I am NOT on any special diet…
In fact I just eat whatever my wife makes for dinner… and sometimes we go out to get burgers or pizza, and we do it more often than you would think.
And just like everybody else, when we go to the movies I’m ordering popcorn and soda, just like the guy next to me…
So the point is…
I know how to get in amazing shape as a completely normal dude…
… who wants to eat good food and actually enjoy life…
And THAT’S what makes me different.

But if the advice that everyone’s sharing for free on social media really worked for everyday people like you and me…
